Senior Aerospace Bosman is taking steps in the development of innovative components for Thermal Management Systems that will enable hybrid and electric propulsion.
Thermal management is one of the key technological challenges for safe and effective operation of (sub)systems for hybrid and electric propulsion systems, including Urban Air Mobility (UAM) vehicles. Although the employment of larger hybrid and all electric narrow- and wide-body aircraft will take some time, we see that there is a need for light weight compact thermal management components with very different design and performance requirements compared to conventional thermal management systems.
